WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PRIVACY

Trees Knoxville is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that seeks to build a vibrant urban forest in Knoxville and Knox County, Tennessee. We collect your name and email address for the purposes of sending you an email newsletter, communicating with you about upcoming events and programs, requesting donations, and responding to emails or other inquiries you initiate via email or a form on the website.

We also track names, addresses, contact information, and donation amounts when you make a cash or in-kind donation, whether manually or via Stripe, our secure third-party payment vendor. We will not sell or share your personal information with anyone except this vendor.

This site also includes links to other websites whose data practices we don’t control, including cookies and tracking. If you click on those links, you will be subject to the practices of those sites.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT INCLUSION

Trees are for everyone, full stop. We are welcoming, inclusive, and thrilled to have you be a part of what we do.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and provider of community programs. Should you experience discrimination during your experience with Trees Knoxville, please contact our Title VI coordinator, Sophie Carter, at info@treesknoxville.org.
